Catherine Larrode

Lawyer since 1996, Catherine Larrodé, Senior Lawyer, has been leading Aklea's department Sponsoring, Foundations & Associations since 2013. Thanks to her recognised expertise and experience in the law of Associations, Foundations and the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE), integrating cross-disciplinary skills (business law, corporate law, tax law), Catherine Larrodé offers companies, individuals and non-profit organisations (Associations, Foundations and Endowment Funds) comprehensive, personalised and interactive legal and tax assistance to help them manage and carry out their projects and secure their legal and tax environment. She works in all areas of activity in the non-profit sector, including health and research, social and solidarity, environment, education, culture and heritage. Catherine Larrodé is also involved in the non-profit world by supporting projects and actions on a voluntary basis. She runs legal and tax training courses for the directors of non-profit organisations and their teams. She was the President of the Commission on the Law of Associations, Foundations and the Social and Solidarity Economy at the Lyon Bar Association from 2016 to 2022.
