Hortense d'Avout has been a lawyer since 2006. She assists groups of companies of all sizes in their strategic operations of external growth, fund raising and structuring. She is also involved in the international expansion of corporate groups. Hortense d'Avout has developed a particular expertise in assisting managers in the structuring of their group and their shareholders in France and abroad, the entry/exit of investors as well as the setting up of financing. She also assists her clients in the implementation of shareholder incentive schemes. She also advises on stock exchange law issues.
