David Garcia

David Garcia has been a partner in the "Corporate law and financing" team since 2018. He advises and assists entrepreneurs in the definition and realisation of their professional and patrimonial projects. He has thus developed a particular expertise in the realisation of equity transactions, acquisitions, disposals and/or restructuring, being fully involved in the discussions and negotiations, both in terms of legal and tax aspects. He also advises entrepreneurs on their development strategy, whether it be organic, external, vertical or horizontal.
