2023 – Aklea advises Laboratoire Aguettant in its acquisition of Carelide

AKLEA supports LABORATOIRE AGUETTANT, in the context of the submission, alongside DELPHARM INDUSTRIE, of two bids for the takeover of the business and jobs of CARELIDE, a global player in the manufacture and sale of single-use medical products and devices for hospitals and clinics in France and abroad, and in particular the only French manufacturer of infusion bags. CARELIDE was placed under bankruptcy reorganization proceeding by the Lille-Métropole Commercial Court on 24 October, 2022.
