Lawyer since 2008 and a partner since 2019 in the employment law team, Sophie Greder assists companies in all sectors in the organisation and structuring of their HR strategies with regard to individual and collective labour relations. She also acts in individual and collective labour disputes before the Labour Courts, the Court of Appeal and the Court of First Instance. Sophie Greder has developed a particular expertise in the areas of health and safety and harassment. She regularly leads training sessions offered by the department to raise clients' awareness of employment law, enable them to acquire the right reflexes and provide them with the necessary updates on the subject. She also assists executives in structuring their remuneration packages and in negotiating their departure in synergy with the corporate department. Sophie Greder is constantly seeking to propose pragmatic legal solutions that take into account the operational, strategic and financial challenges of the cases she is entrusted with. Very involved with her clients, she is particularly keen to establish a strong bond of trust.
