Christophe Cochet has been practising law since 1986, has been a partner since 1991, and is a co-founder and partner of Aklea since 2009 within the Corporate law and financing team. He assists companies of all sectors and sizes, as well as their managers, on a daily basis in the organisation and structuring of their strategies and their development in France and abroad. He has particular expertise in the insurance, service, retail and health sectors. He is actively involved in the search for investors for the financing of companies. He is directly involved in the corporate strategic plannning with the company managers and their teams. He has developed significant expertise in family office matters.
