What is the recruitment process?
In general, on receipt of the CV and covering letter, an initial contact is made by the human resources manager, followed by an interview with the partners in charge of department. Then, as teamwork and collaboration are essential to us, a final interview is organised with some members of the team to get everyone on board.
How will you train me?
Team training is a priority for the firm.
The partners and senior staff are strongly involved in the training of the younger staff.
Internal meetings are regularly organised to discuss and debate current issues. In this context, employees are regularly asked to organise presentations on technical subjects and legal news.
What are my working conditions?
