Lionel Roche has more than 20 years of experience in public law, environmental law and renewable energy law. He has professional experience in polluted sites and soils, ICPE and environmental law. He works with local authorities, public institutions, large groups and property developers on all matters relating to the cessation of activities, the treatment of pollution sources and their recovery. He is directly involved in negotiations on the seller/buyer side, with the State services, in the drafting of the transfer deeds, including alongside notaries, and implements solutions relating to environmental compensation with the Real Environmental Obligations (REO). For many years, he has been involved in conferences (Intersol) and working groups on all these subjects.
