2023 – AKLEA supports the Marchante family in the capital restructuring of Marchante SAS alongside Hivest Capital Partners.

Based in Montmélian (Savoie), Marchante SAS is one of the world's leading experts in the design of production lines for high-tech bi-axial plastic films for a range of cutting-edge industrial sectors (energy, electronics, telecommunications). The company employs nearly 70 people and exports almost exclusively, mainly to Asia and Latin America.

Hivest Capital Partners S.A.S., a French private equity firm, has become a majority shareholder in Marchante SAS alongside the Marchante family and in particular its founder, Mr Innocent Marchante, as part of a capital restructuring designed to support the Group's ambitions in the context of its strong growth. In addition to the significant reinvestment by the Marchante family, the deal will enable around ten of the company's managers to acquire a stake in the company.

Hivest Capital, the Marchante family and the company's management team aim to consolidate Marchante SAS's current position in its market, continue its organisational restructuring, strengthen its financial and operational management and expand its industrial partnerships.
