Marie Briswalder

Marie Briswalder heads the economic law department with Clémence Arnaud. She has been practising for more than 12 years in economic law (contract, competition, distribution, personal data, IP, regulatory, criminal business law), both in French and in English. She is involved in both litigation and advisory work, these two aspects of practice being permeable and complementary. She has been immersed in various national and international companies within legal departments and is therefore familiar with the expectations of operational staff (mainly to anticipate and reduce risks). She seeks above all to offer her clients practical solutions within the legal framework. She assists SMEs and SMIs on a day-to-day basis in setting up and managing their internal contractual and network structures, in managing their personal data and in anticipating and resolving disputes. She also assists in the control operations of the competition authorities and the DGCCRF (or its branches), as well as in the notification of merger operations. Marie Briswalder is also involved in the training of young lawyers.
