Sidonie Lacroix-Girard works in the Labor law, Human Resources and International Mobility department, which she co-manages with Sophie Greder.
Sidonie provides day-to-day support to companies in all sectors in the organisation and structuring of their HR strategies with regard to individual and collective labour relations, with a pragmatic and operational approach that takes into account our clients' strategic issues. She also acts in the context of individual and collective labour disputes before the Labour Courts, the Court of Appeal and the Judicial Court.
Sidonie has developed particular expertise in the social structuring of companies in connection with internal or external growth operations or following mergers, demergers and sales of companies, in the social management of restructuring operations, in collective bargaining and in relations with employee representative bodies, both in advisory and litigation matters. She also advises on matters relating to direct and indirect remuneration policies (including employee savings schemes). She is also involved in compliance and risk management issues in their social dimension.
She runs information and awareness training courses, both inter- and intra-company, on various current affairs or social expertise topics. She teaches a Master 2 CCA course at ISEM Montpellier University on the social aspects of corporate groups (groups of companies) as well as on the social aspects of structuring and restructuring operations
