Clémence Arnaud

Clémence Arnaud leads the economic law department with Marie Briswalder. Since 2010, she has been practising both as an advisor and in litigation in the field of economic law. She assists clients in establishing their contractual and commercial policies by participating in the structuring and development of their distribution networks (selective and exclusive distribution, franchising, commercial agents) and their sales promotion strategies with regard to professionals and consumers. She also defends the interests of her clients in the context of restrictive competition practices (sudden termination of established commercial relations, significant imbalance, etc.), unfair competition, as well as control operations by the DGCCRF and its agencies. She is committed to having a precise knowledge of the economic issues of the sectors in which her clients operate. As such, she has developed particular expertise in the agri-food, health and welfare, insurance, subscription and tourism and media sectors. Clémence Arnaud is also involved in the training of young lawyers.
