Lucie Barbot

Lucie Barbot has been a lawyer in economic law since December 2014, and has been an associate in the "Economic Law & Dispute Resolution" department since September 2015, and Senior lawyer since March 2021. She advises and litigates for companies of various sizes and sectors. On the consulting side, Lucie Barbot has developed solid expertise in both BtoB and BtoC. She also assists the firm's clients in their relations with the DDPP and in the context of controls carried out by the DGCCRF. In litigation, Lucie Barbot takes part in cases involving issues of restrictive competition practices, unfair competition and contract law. She also acts in appeals against inspections and seizures carried out by administrative authorities such as the DGCCRF. This dual expertise in consulting and litigation enables her to anticipate the problems encountered in legal disputes, when drafting contracts, and to best serve the interests of her clients. Lucie Barbot has also been a lecturer for several years at the IAE and at the faculty of Law of the University of Lyon III, in contract law and special contract law. She has also lectured on several occasions at the Ecole des Avocats de la région Rhône-Alpes.
